College Scholarship Program

Peters of Nashua announces their 7th Annual ”Peters of Nashua Scholarship Contest”, open to all graduating high school seniors living in New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. To enter, please send a 500 word, typed essay using the following topic:

“If you had to live in another period of time in the past, when would it be and why?”

Please submit your essay to “Peters of Nashua Scholarship Contest 2020”, C/O Peters of Nashua; Attn: Pam Harwood, 300 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH 03063, or email your entry to [email protected] no later than April 17th, 2020. All entries must include your name, the name of your high school, your phone number, home mailing address and email address, as well as the name and address of the college you will be attending. Peters of Nashua will select 3 winning entries.

1st Prize          $2,000 Scholarship
2nd Prize         $1,500 Scholarship
3rd Prize          $1,000 Scholarship

All scholarship winners will be notified by phone and in writing no later than May 8th, 2020. Peters of Nashua reserves the right to post winning essays and photos on Peters of Nashua’s websites. Contest winners will also be included in press releases that will be sent to multiple media outlets. All essays will become the property of Peters of Nashua and will not be returned. Scholarship checks will be made out to the college you will be attending and presented at Peters of Nashua’s Scholarship Winner’s Dinner. All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than April 17th to qualify.
