Peter's Nissan service is among he best service that I have received when dealing with a dealership. The service area is clean, comfortable and has many accommodations (even for your pet dogs!) And the service team is great. I have always had great service from Jeff and Tara. This last time I worked with Jenna. She was great too. Also, she had my car ready and did everything promised. I will continue to have my Nissan Altima serviced at Peter's

Right from the go it was an amazing experience! I made my appointment with Alexis is the customer care department. When I arrived I was greeted by Ali who had the car pulled up and started. When we got down to numbers George the sales manager made it clear and simple. Kyle the finance manager was quick, easy, and efficient. He got me a great rate and was very knowledgeable. All around great experience!
I had such a good experience dealing with Tara and then Ali. Tara was extremely helpful after I had a car fire in my 2017 Sentra. She got me into a loaner vehicle while my car was being declared a total loss. She was very empathetic to my situation and made this time easier for me. When my husband and I were ready to purchase another car Tara pointed us to Ali. Ali has a great personality and is very upbeat. He worked with us to provide us with exactly what we need. He made sure we stayed within the budget we were use to with the last car and he got us into the perfect replacement vehicle. We love our new car! All I can say is that I was very, very impressed with the recent service. My issue was diagnosed quickly and service begun immediately and I was issued a loaner that was immaculate and my Rogue was returned earlier than promised and was washed and vacuumed. As well the Service Director introduced himself and said he was available should I have any questions or problems. I recently moved from Massachusetts and I'm glad i did just for making Peters Nissan my new dealership.
