Almost every time I have my truck serviced or need repairs I deal with Tara for appointment scheduling, interfacing with the mechanics, and discussing what's needed (and just suggested) during a particular appointment. She always lets me know what is covered under the warranty, what's not, and about any gray areas in the coverage. Consistently provides an accurate estimate for the work to be done. If there are any changes the service department calls to explain things right away. They deliver on the time commitments. I live in CT and travel to NH fairly often for business. I prefer to bring my vehicle to Peters Nissan than the dealer I purchased it from. They have a handy drop off and pick up service for locations close to the dealership. Tara Campbell does an outstanding job consistently. She reminded me about needing brakes done a few days ahead, and ordered the parts. She also arranged for a loaner car that was ready to go when I showed up. Gave me an accurate ballpark time when she’d be calling to say it was done, and had my car ready when I arrived. This is typical of the service level she provides every time. The only downer is that I was out $1500 at the end of the day because it was a big service, but excellent customer service softens the blow.
I had a sudden issue arise with my car and stopped in to the service department as I was nearby at the time. They took my vehicle right in to check out the problem and, as it was going to take a couple of days to properly diagnose and repair, they gave me a great loaner (comparable to my own car) to use. Easy experience to schedule a State Inspection online, with several dates/hours that fit my hectic schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was warmly greeted, had the service explained clearly and was invited to wait and enjoy the beverages/snacks in their customer lounge. Within 30 minutes , and after a complementary wash and vac, I was ready to go... and very pleased to know this initial inspection was also complementary!!

It was a warranty repair on a used vehicle which was purchased elsewhere (Peters didn't have a used vehicle of this type of available for several weeks). we brought it in the afternoon before the day it was to be worked on. We got back home, the phone rang and the car was ready for pickup! Now that's serious service!

This was my initial 5000 mile service for an oil and filter change and rotate the tires. They also washed, vacuumed and cleaned the inside windows. Arrived at 8:00 am and was done by 8:40. Like I said fast and easy. Jenna, Tara and the others were very nice.

Jim Jackson was our first ever introduction to the Nissan brand after having been devoted to Mazda leases and purchases for over 15 years previously. He knew the Altima models So well, we felt the “S” model would serve our needs for the next three years. In fact, we were so pleased, we turned in our 2016 Altima S and upgraded to a 2019 Altima SV, entirely based on Jim’s knowledge and personal experiences with Pro Pilot assist and other features beyond our awareness learned through advertising, etc.

A trip to the auto shop for routine oil change and tire rotation covered under a service plan plan should be just that, a non-event. Nothing memorable except the great service and prompt work. Car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off, however I did not get a carwash for the third straight visit. The carwash is constantly broken or down or not useable. I suggest getting this fixed ASAP. All in all the level of service that I received this visit was beyond my expectations. Thanks again!
